#SEFSkopje2022

22.11.2022 | Hotel Aleksandar Palace | Skopje | North Macedonia

What is SEF-Skopje?

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has shown the asymmetric dependence of many European countries to energy imports. The current energy crisis has turned progressive policies from ambitious political vision to necessities of the moment. Here, the socio-ecological transformation offers a pathway to make our economies more sustainable, our institutions less vulnerable to weaponized energy policies and our societies more resilient.

Acknowledging these security implications, progressive actors are intensifying their political commitments towards a transformation of our energy systems and decarbonization of our economies. The current crisis calls for an intensified exchange on progressive policies and innovative solutions among progressive political actors in Europe. The urgency of the task underlines once again the need for a collaborative and inclusive approach in building a sustainable and more resilient energy sector.

Join us for a socially-just transformation in Europe!
